Ordering a Heritage College Transcript

In order to request an 时代 token, please email the 住院医师咨询小组 at hcom_match@俄亥俄州.edu.
To apply for fellowships, tokens are requested directly through 时代 at http://www.erasfellowshipdocuments.org/Home/TokenRegistration.
摩根士丹利亚洲
Current students and prior-year graduates applying for residency positions will have their 摩根士丹利亚洲 uploaded by the 住院医师咨询小组 prior to the national upload date.
上年度同期毕业生 applying for fellowships can request a copy of their 摩根士丹利亚洲 using the MIDUS request process. Instructions on submitting a MIDUS request can be found on the 对象为网站. Please direct all MIDUS requests to the 住院医师咨询小组 (contact information below).
Letters of Recommendation
Students have access to the letter of recommendation portal of 时代 starting in year three of their medical education. 时代 regulations prohibit Heritage College staff members from reviewing, uploading or receiving letters of recommendation.
Ordering a Heritage College Transcript
Current students will be notified of the process for ordering their transcript prior to applying.
上年度同期毕业生, please note: Our office does not have access to your medical school transcripts. All prior-year graduates must order their own transcript through the newbb电子平台 Registrar and have your electronic transcript sent to hcom_match@俄亥俄州.edu in order for us to upload to MIDUS for fellowships or to 时代 for reapplication to residency on your behalf.
COMLEX / USMLE成绩单
时代 applicants must order their COMLEX and USMLE transcripts using the 时代 system.
My时代newbb电子程序
The My时代newbb电子程序 will become available in the summer before your graduation.
时代的照片
All applicants are responsible for uploading a photograph to their 时代 application. Professional photographs or white coat photos are recommended. Our office advises against using cell phone photographs or images downloaded from social media.
